# 3 Publication

The actual publication is performed using the Vault Job Processor, which means, firstly the publication job is created and then the actual publication is performed.

A batch-publishing job using the Vault Job Processor can be invoked:

* On transitions between lifecycle states, 
* On “request” button in the Vault client,
* The publishing task is created by another add-in, e.g. CS ERP Connector 2G.
