# 6.1 Searching over single-level Item (parts, assemblies, etc)

For the searching of published entities:

1. In the “Publishing modules” check from which configurations the published files should be loaded&#x20;
2. For searching click the “Search“ button&#x20;
3. The search entities will be displayed “Published files“

Existing publication files are listed black.&#x20;

If the search of the published files in the expected path according to the configuration failed, or is not included due to the presence of a selection above the Item in the work in progress state, the files are listed in red with an error message.&#x20;

By clicking on the red exclamation mark can be identified missing files. Pack And Go publishing is started with “PackAndGo publishing…“ button In the dialog is to set:

* Path where the selected documentation should be published
* Structure and possible renaming
* Possibility to compress the files into \*.zip format

After setting, the publishing into the selected folder is performed with the “Publishing“ button

All published files are copied from the Vault into the selected folder.
